Attention ALL FRESHMEN APPLICANTS for SY 2020-2021 with downloaded PRE-REGISTRATION SLIP you are ADVISED to submit your admission requirements (specially Certified true copy of Grade 10, 11 and Original Grade 12 report cards) on or before the schedule of DOWNLOADING and printing of REGISTRATION FORM.

Submit personally or thru courier the original copy and photocopies of the documents listed in your Confirmation Documents to the PUP Santa Rosa Campus Admission and Registration Office (drop box available at the guard house).
